Arriving in ST. PETERSBURG, RUSSIA

We flew from Geneva to Vienna to St. Petersburg. We were glad to see the red jacketed greeters from Viking River Cruises. We got rubles from a money machine and boarded a bus for our boat. Everyone else on the bus was exhausted from flying all night. We felt good. Our room is comfortable and the boat has a nice dining room with large picture windows. Already we have met interesting people including couples from Baltimore, San Diego and Manhattan Beach.
